学术不诚信类型 Academic misconduct
学术不诚信主要分为作弊(Cheating)、剽窃(Plagiarism)和未经授权的协助(Unauthorized assistance)三类,每类包括但不限于以下情形:

申诉流程 Appeal
学生收到课程层面处理决定后,可在 7 个日历日内以书面形式向 Office of Community Responsibility 请求申诉;如对 Academic Responsibility Panel 决定申诉,通常须在收到正式通知后 7 个日历日内以邮件向 Provost 提交。申诉理由限于重大程序错误、证据与责任认定不一致、处分与违规不相称,或出现当时无法合理取得的新信息。学校会审查书面申诉材料,并可维持、撤销、修改原决定,或发回重新审查。
