学术不诚信类型包括但不限于以下行为：

1 Academic Dishonesty, Facilitation of: Knowingly or negligently engaging in behavior that assists another student in a violation of academic integrity is prohibited. 协助学术不诚实：明知或因疏忽而实施帮助他人违反学术诚信的行为。
2 Assistance, Unauthorized: Giving unauthorized assistance to another student or receiving unauthorized assistance from another person on tests, quizzes, assignments or examinations, without the instructor’s permission, is prohibited. 未经授权的协助：未经导师许可，在测验、小测、作业或考试中向他人提供或从他人处获得未经授权的帮助。
3 Bribery: Offering or giving any favor or something of value for the purpose of improperly influencing a grade or other evaluation of a student in an academic program is prohibited. 贿赂：提供或给予任何好处或有价值之物，以不正当地影响学生在学术项目中的评分或其他评价。
4 Cheating: Using or attempting to use unauthorized materials, information, study aids, or the ideas or work of another in order to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. 作弊：使用或试图使用未经授权的材料、信息、学习辅助工具或他人的想法或作品，以获取不公平优势。

申诉流程 Appeal

学生如对成绩不满，须先在收到成绩通知后两周内以邮件形式联系课程/临床实习主任（course/clerkship director），说明要求重新评估成绩的理由，主任须在两周内回复。若经成绩澄清后仍不满意，学生须在成绩澄清会议后四周内，通过负责学生事务、支持与服务的副院长（associate dean for student affairs, support and services）申请上诉听证会。学术上诉小组委员会（Academic Appeals subcommittee）将举行听证会，学生将受邀出席、宣读陈述并回答问题；课程/临床实习主任亦会单独与委员会会面，但不属于该小组委员会成员。有效的上诉理由包括评分程序错误、偏见或歧视，或评分显得武断或反复无常（arbitrary or capricious）。小组委员会作出决定后，不再有进一步的上诉。
