特殊情况规定 Special Considerations
If circumstances beyond your control will prevent you from attending a test, placement, practicum or similar, or from submitting an assignment by the due date, you should speak to your Unit Chair as soon as you become aware of the problem.
Apply for Special Consideration via StudentConnect within 3 university working days after the due date, ensuring that you attach relevant documentary evidence.
特殊情况指的是发生超出学生控制范围的事情导致无法参加考试或无法在截至日期内提交作业，需要及时向相关部门反映。可以以此申请延期。
如只是申请教学期间作业或测验延期，应在截止日期前通过 CloudDeakin 的 Extension Request 工具提交；一般学生最长可获 7 个日历日延期，DRC/NIKERI 学生最长可获 14 个日历日延期。特殊情况申请仍需在截止日期后 3 个大学工作日内通过 StudentConnect 提交，并附相关证明材料。
学术不诚信类型 Academic misconduct
学术不诚信行为包括：

学术不诚信惩罚 Academic penalty
学术不诚信的惩罚包括但不限于：

申诉流程 Appeal
学生须在收到原始决定通知后的20个工作日内向学校提起上诉。若上诉缺乏依据、不予受理，学生申诉部门会在5个工作日内书面告知；经委员会主席审核后，会在15个工作日内告知上诉结果。如需召开听证会，学校会在听证会前至少5个工作日以书面形式告知学生听证会的日期和地点。听证会结束后5个工作日内，听证小组主席会以书面形式通知学生上诉结果，该决定为校内最终决定。
