特殊情况规定 Exceptional Circumstances
For the purposes of these regulations ‘exceptional circumstances’ will mean properly evidenced and approved claims from students that demonstrate good cause as to why their performance and achievements have been adversely affected by means which have not been fully addressed through extension and other available assessment procedures.
特殊情况指有证据支持并经批准的情况，说明学生因合理原因导致评估表现或成绩受到不利影响，且该影响不能通过延期或其他现有评估程序完全解决。学生有责任向院系或相应部门说明情况并提供适当证据；若在考试后或评估截止时间后超过 48 小时才通知，通常不会被考虑，除非有可接受的原因导致无法及时通知。Exceptional Circumstances Committee 会审查相关申请。
学术不诚信类型 Academic misconduct
学术不诚信包括下列类型：

学术不诚信惩罚 Academic penalty
学术不诚信成立后，可采取下列一项或多项处理：

申诉流程 Appeal
学生需要在成绩正式公布后的15个自然日（日历日）内提起上诉（MBChB 医学专业学生须在10个自然日内声明上诉意向），学校会根据上诉内容给出答复，如果需要参加听证会，学校会提前通知，听证会允许携带一名人员陪同参与，学校力争在90个自然日（日历日）内完成全部流程。
