特殊情况规定 Aegrotat and impaired performance consideration
Let us know if you were ill or injured or if you faced some other challenge around the time of your assessments or exams. This includes both situations where you didn’t take the assessment and situations where you didn’t perform as well as you normally would.
特殊情况指的是在考试或作业期间学生遇上了不可避免的挑战或情况,如生病或受伤。可以以此申请特殊情况进行延期或重考。

申诉流程 Appeal
学生如被认定构成 Academic Misconduct 或 Non-academic Misconduct,可在决定作出之日起 10 个工作日内,以书面形式向 Misconduct Appeals Committee 提起上诉。上诉理由限于程序不公、证据不足以支持认定、处罚与违规不成比例,或出现此前无法合理取得且可能实质影响结果的重要新证据。上诉通常基于书面材料和证据审查;委员会可驳回、维持、撤销或变更原决定/处罚,最终决定会以书面形式通知学生。
