特殊情况规定 Special circumstances
The unit(s) must be failed or withdrawn before an application can be submitted and you must apply within 12 months of the teaching period for your application to be assessed. Exceptional circumstances might arise from medical, family, personal, employment or course-related reasons. The application process will depend on what type of student you are.
特殊情况指的学生在上学期间因医疗、家庭、个人、就业或课程相关原因导致学生无法完成课程，可以在12个月内申请特殊情况进行撤课。
学术不诚信类型 Academic misconduct
学术不诚信行为包括但不限于：

学术不诚信惩罚 Academic penalty
学术不诚信的惩罚包括但不限于：
- 学术诚信培训（要求参加学术诚信培训 academic integrity training）
- 警告
- 降低分数
- 成绩不及格
- 课程不及格
- 停学
- 开除
申诉流程 Appeal
学生可以在收到通知后20个工作日内向学校提起上诉。学校会在3个工作日内回复上诉是否受理，随后相关人员会在10个工作日内开始对上诉进行审核，并尽快给出结果，如果需要参加听证会，会在听证会之前提前通知学生。
