申诉流程 Appeal

学生可以在初始决定书日期后的十个工作日内以书面形式对任何不利的初步决定提出上诉。学生可以对调查结果和制裁提出上诉。书面上诉通知必须说明被上诉的内容并且必须详细描述上诉的理由。上诉应具体概述书面记录的哪些部分不正确,或调查结果或制裁不适当的原因。在审查和会议之后,研究生院的特设教师上诉委员会可以维持或推翻研究生和博士后课程副院长的调查结果,如果发现违规行为成立,可以维持或修改制裁。委员会的决定将以书面形式通知学生。
