申诉流程 Appeal
学生如对 SCAIP 或 Student Conduct Committee 的决定提出申诉，应在收到书面决定通知后的 10 个工作日内向 Dean of Students 提交书面申诉。申诉理由通常限于：出现当时无法取得且可能影响结果的新信息、程序错误实质影响结果，或处分与事实认定不相称。及时提交的申诉通常会暂停处分执行，但学校仍可采取临时措施；申诉决定一般会在收到申诉及相关材料后的 20 个工作日内以书面形式通知学生。
