特殊情况规定 Special Considerations
Students experiencing special circumstances may apply for consideration in relation to participation and assessment requirements. Any changes to an assessment task due to special circumstances (for example, a change in task requirements or due date) must be requested prior to the due date of the assessment task. Requests are submitted by the student to the Unit Coordinator.
Special circumstances will normally be: a. outside of a student’s control b. have a significant impact and c. be unanticipated.

学术不诚信惩罚 Academic penalty

申诉流程 Appeal
学生如对学术诚信处理结果提出申诉，若原决定为暂停或取消学籍，或将学生置于 academic integrity probation，须在决定通知日起20个工作日内提出；其他决定须在结果通知日起10个工作日内提出。申诉需通过邮件提交至 Academic Integrity Office，并说明原决定日期、学生信息、申诉理由及支持证据。可申诉理由包括处罚明显过重或不适当、出现原决定时无法合理取得且可能影响结果的新证据，或存在可能影响决定的重大程序错误。若申诉进入实质审理，上诉小组须在收到实质申诉后10个工作日内作出决定。
