特殊情况规定 Academic Concession
You can request an academic concession if your course requirements are affected by unexpected and unavoidable circumstances, or conflicting responsibilities.
Unexpected and unavoidable circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- illness, trauma or bereavement
- personal or family affliction, including responsibility to care for a family member
- Indigenous cultural or community obligations.
Conflicting responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- service in the armed forces or emergency services
- representing the university, the province or the country by participating in an academic event, an athletic competition or an artistic performance.
如果学生的课程受到了意外和不可避免的情况影响,可以申请特殊情况。意外或不可避免的情况包括但不限于:疾病;个人或家庭原因等。

学术不诚信惩罚 Academic penalty
学术不诚信的惩罚包括但不限于:

申诉流程 Appeal
学生须先用尽学校其他所有复议途径,方可向参议院申诉委员会(Senate Committee on Appeals)提起上诉。上诉须在被申诉的最终决定、行为或处理作出之日起两(2)个月内提交,并填写上诉通知表(Notice of Appeal form)。学校建议学生在提交上诉前先咨询校内监察专员(Ombudsperson)。
